Rhapsody In Chic at Ravinia

You’re Invited to "Rhapsody in Chic: A Night of Music & Fashion" on August 3rd at Ravinia Festival

Please join the Ravinia Festival Associates Board as we celebrate music and fashion at RHAPSODY IN CHIC. This first-of-its-kind Ravinia event will pair local boutiques, food, and cocktails with a classical concert from the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. The pairings will be featured at the event in three different vignettes, each one celebrating a piece from that evening's CSO program:

“Shades of Blue” — Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue paired with blue clothing and accessories to celebrate one of the most recognizable classical pieces from an American composer.

“Puerto Rican-Inspired Tropical” — Symphonic Dances from West Side Story paired with breezy tropical fashions inspired by our 51st state.

“1920s: Party at Gatsby's” - Symphonic Dances, Opus 45 from Rachmaninoff paired with looks that Gatsby would appreciate.

Tickets ($25 for lawn, $40 for pavilion) get you access to the event complete with the live performance from the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, open bar, food, and shopping. The party starts at 6:00pm — don’t miss out on this amazing evening!
